Thank you for using Easy Ride services. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best transportation and food delivery experience possible. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your ride or food order, we are here to help.

Ride Service Refunds

We accept refund requests for ride services within 7 days from the date of the trip. To be eligible for a refund, your ride must meet one of the following criteria:

  • Significant delay in pickup (more than 15 minutes beyond scheduled time)
  • Unsafe driving conditions or vehicle issues
  • Duplicate charges or incorrect fare calculation
  • Driver misconduct or unprofessional behavior

Food Delivery Refunds

For food orders, we accept refund requests within 24 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, your food order must meet one of the following criteria:

  • Incorrect items delivered
  • Missing items from your order
  • Food that is not fresh or has been damaged during delivery
  • Significant delay in delivery (more than 30 minutes beyond estimated time)
  • Items that do not match the description provided by the restaurant

Refunds

Once we receive your refund request and verify the issue, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the refund amount will typically be processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

Certain situations are non-refundable. These include:

  • Requests made more than 7 days after ride service or 24 hours after food delivery
  • Change of mind after booking
  • Issues caused by user error (incorrect pickup/delivery location, failure to meet driver)
  • Additional charges for tolls, parking, or waiting time as specified in our pricing policy

Damaged or Problematic Services

In the unfortunate event that your ride or food delivery experience is problematic, please contact us immediately through our app or customer support. We will investigate the issue and provide a resolution, which may include a refund, credit, or compensation depending on the situation.

Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we verify your claim. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.
